During the off-season, however, your job might also involve bringing in other business to the venue.

A career in sports event hospitality management involves more than just sitting around and watching sports. Rather, you are responsible for making sure the premises are properly maintained so the athletes and the spectators have a positive experience while at your venue. Furthermore, you need to make sure the facilities are properly maintained and that health and safety codes are properly followed.
